We are initiating a new practice of appointment times for visa and immigration customer service. Kindly call the Embassy to make an appointment time for visa or immigration service. This is put in place due to high volume of customers who often have had to wait for long period when we have had the first come, first served practice. Appointments can be made for the regular customer service hours: Tues–Thurs 9:00-12:00. Telephone inquiries regarding visa or immigration issues can be made Tues–Thurs 13:00-14:00.
